We understand life happens. It happens to the best of us.

We would appreciate if you could kindly give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.

And, please let us know if you are running behind. After 15 minutes we will consider you a no show and we will have to reschedule your appointment. There will be a $35 charge for all no-shows per half hour scheduled time, if your appointment is 1 hour, the no-show fee is $70, for 1.5 hour appointment $105.

We want to respect not only our clients time, but our staff as well.

Return Policy +

Clients not seen in over a year who have purchased a package are not subject to any refunds and will have to repurchase package or pay per visit.

Processing fees will be deducted from any refund requested.

Laser Hair Removal is sold in packages - refunds are as follows:

75% refund after 1st visit

50% refund after 2nd visit

25% refund after 3rd visit

No refund following the 4th visit

This applies to full priced laser hair removal packages

Special pricing packages for laser hair removal:

50% refund after 1st visit

No refunds after 2nd visit and there after.

As a friendly reminder, there are no returns or exchanges on products.

Some exceptions may apply, so please, bring any concerns or changes to our attention.
